Immersive Learning for Ages 5 to 25
JA’s experiential curriculum begins with exposure to critical skill sets—collaboration, creativity, self-confidence, and resilience—that prepare students for university, vocational education, the workforce, or their own start-up ventures.
In August 2024, JA Worldwide launched our flagship JA Company Program in Pakistan, training for teachers across high-impact institutions, including Aitchison, Beaconhouse, Crescent, ISL, PSRD, Sacred Heart, Right School, and SICAS. The JA Company Program is an immersive, highly impactful learning experience, which was recently modernized with content around AI and sustainability. As a team, JA student companies develop a business concept; finance the venture; research, produce, and market their product; and assess business profitability.
JA’s student learning experiences, more than 50 in all, motivate and inspire students to acquire the skills they need for future career success. Each experiences is designed to be immersive and high-impact: For some experiences, like JA Job Shadow, students leave the classroom and head to local businesses. For others, like the iconic JA Company Program, JA brings the business world into schools. Still others, like JA Innovation Camp, require students to solve community challenges through entrepreneurial thinking, often during an intensive weekend.
