JA Pakistan is part of the global JA network, one of the world's largest NGOs dedicated to preparing young people for success through entrepreneurship, work readiness, and financial literacy.

The Resilient Next Generation Foundation—also known as JA Pakistan—aims to equip Pakistani youth with the skillset and mindset to be the country’s next generation of innovators, founders, and business leaders. As the fifth most populated country in the world with youth making up a high percentage of its population, Pakistan is one of the most important expansion countries in the JA global network. Learning experiences like the JA Company Program develop entrepreneurship skills, while others teach work readiness and financial health. By 2030, JA seeks to reach at least one million Pakistani youth (between the ages of 5 and 25) per year, using a proven global model and delivering on JA’s track record of positive impact.
